Leadership Skills Development Working Group

Objectives:

to review and catelogue all existing leadership development resources available from CRCS programs, identifying those that are helping or could help youth gain skills and perspectives that build their leadership capacity.
to make recommendations around how some existing resources could be made more effective.
to identify overall gaps in the leadership development resources available.

Term:
January to June 2010, with the possibility of extension if needed.
