A young Canadian to participate in the Climate Change conference

The Canadian Red Cross is pleased to announce that Sarah St John will be attending the UN Climate Change conference in Cancun, Mexico from November 29 until December 3.

This young Canadian was one of just 10 youth selected to be a part of the International Federation of Red Cross delegation to the conference. A student at Simon Fraser University, in British Columbia, Sarah has been an active Canadian Red Cross volunteer since 2005. With an interest in humanitarian issues, Sarah has participated in the Canadian Red Cross global issues symposium for youth and has also been a resource leader, conference chair and facilitation trainer for the organization.
